Building a Rotary Phase Converter

With the addition of a new sheet metal shear and a larger lathe, I found myself in need of a rotary phase converter.  After some research and weighing the options of purchase vs build, I decided to build my own rotary phase converter.   Here you can see how I did it.  Remember, if you try this yourself, you do it at your own risk.  Mains power can be dangerous.

Thanks for joining me.  ~P

Note:  The three color decal is of my own creation.  Maybe I'll do some videos on how I did it...someday.
